• Records You Upload: VA Blue Button exports, C-file excerpts, medical notes you voluntarily provide.

• Payment Data: processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

• To deliver record analysis, evidence summaries, and letter drafts you request.

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request earlier deletion (see Section 7).

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

11) International Visitors

Our services are operated in the United States. If you access from outside the U.S., you consent to processing in the U.S. with U.S. data protection laws.
